This beautifully renovated unit features a full kitchen, a spacious living room, and a half bath on the main floor. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms with two queen beds and two twin beds, along with two full bathrooms and in-unit laundry for your convenience. Enjoy outdoor dining with a private grill, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The unit also includes its own private, attached parking for easy access. We provide complimentary beach essentials—including a cooler, wagon, and beach chairs—to make your stay even more enjoyable.
House Rules
No smoking inside the condo. Tidy up behind yourself Armbands must be purchased from the office to be able to use the amenities. Parking passes are purchased from the office as well for more than 1 vehicle. Message for pricing. ☼ Unregistered quests and visitors not allowed ☼ Quiet time hours are 11pm-7am ☼ No drugs, smoking, vaping in home or on patio ☼Guests must follow HOA Rules and Guidelines Because we want this to be comfortable and relaxing for all community guests, failure to follow these rules could result in the immediate cancellation of your stay.
Other Details to Note
Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each and will be paid for (via credit card) at office. Also there is an additional $25 parking pass fee that you can pick up at the front desk as well. Parking is first come first serve. We do not have assigned parking however there is parking available right in front of our unit which you normally can find a spot there! **GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. **NO SMOKING ALLOWED. **NO PETS **NO GOLF CARTS OR GOLF CART RENTALS ALLOWED ON PREMISES FOR GUESTS We love Florida living and all that comes with it....even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here in Florida including insects, reptiles, birds and more. While we do have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors & windows closed and keeping food stored & sealed properly are ways to ensure a little lizard or other friend won't come in 😊

The resort offers five pools, tennis and basketball courts, private covered parking, boat parking, and a public beach access just a short walk away. When you’re here, the whole townhouse is yours! You’ll also have access to all amenities within the community! We provide the sports equipment listed above. Beach access is just for guests of our community and one other resort.
